Jennifer Crofoot obtained eight years of public accounting experience in Seattle prior to joining Fruci & Associates in 2016. The move was driven by living closer to long-time friends and family.  She specializes in several types of audits and consulting for privately-held, public, and not-for-profit entities as well as employee benefit plans (defined contribution, defined benefit, and employee stock-option plans).  Organizations she has performed services for include the following sectors: domestic violence services and prevention, professional services, biotechnology, mining, foundations, and loan funds.  Her specialties also include compliance audits for federally-funded programs and internal control consulting work.  She has enjoyed developing relationships with her clients in Seattle and is looking forward to starting new client relationships in Spokane.

 

She obtained a Master of Accountancy degree and Certificate in Business Ethics from Gonzaga University.  She is a member of the WSCPA Nonprofit Committee, was Board President for Launch (a Seattle-based nonprofit that provides programs for equal opportunities in education), and has participated in many volunteering and planning activities for local nonprofits and accounting functions.

 

In her free time, she enjoys gardening and working on house projects. She loves learning to make anything that she can, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
