Jillene has been a member of the Fruci & Associates team since 2006.  She is a local graduate of Rogers High School and also attended Glen Dow Academy where she received her cosmetologist license.  After seven years working as a hair stylist, she decided to switch careers in order to learn new skills to help her grow professionally and personally. Jillene started at Fruci & Associates as the receptionist and quickly moved into other roles and jobs within the company. After several promotions, Jillene now holds the position of Firm Administrator, which includes managing a team of over 50 employees.

When Jillene is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family.  Most weekends are spent juggling kids sporting events and travel club teams.  When she does get a moment to relax, she enjoys reading, dinner with friends, travelling to warm locations, or spending weekends at her family’s lake place.
