Kemper has been the Managing Partner at Fruci & Associates since 2008.  She has experience working with public companies providing auditing and attestation services.  Kemper is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants.

 

Kemper has used her strong background in technology to bring the firm to the leading edge of the public accounting industry. She holds several certifications in addition to the CPA, these include the CITP (Certified Information Technology Professional), the CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), and also the CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant). She specializes in auditing (both private and public companies), litigation support, SOC reporting, fraud examinations, non-profit consulting, and readiness for public offerings.

 

She joined the team in 2002, as a recent graduate from the University of Washington. After only five years, she was made partner.  Kemper’s career exemplifies how hard work is rewarded at Fruci & Associates.  She proved the firm’s philosophy that there is no set age, background or experience level that determines success. To help other young professionals achieve similar success, she began a firm wide mentoring program. The goal is to help students discover their strengths, direction, and accelerate their careers. Her advice to students nearing graduation; “Find a company where the environment fits your personality, and where your hard work and abilities will be appreciated and cultivated-not overlooked.”

 

Kemper is married and has three sons.  In her spare time, she can be found playing golf and volleyball with her family and friends.
