Jasmin Arroyo

Jasmin joined Fruci & Associates in January 2026 as a staff accountant. Originally from the Philippines, she earned a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the Philippine School of Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines. She relocated to Spokane, Washington in July 2025 and is currently pursuing her U.S. CPA designation.

Jasmin began her career in individual income tax at EY Philippines before joining ING Philippines, where she worked in management accounting as a senior financial analyst. In that role, she collaborated with colleagues across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, gaining valuable experience in a diverse global environment.

Since joining Fruci & Associates, Jasmin has developed a passion for corporate tax and appreciates the complexity, challenges, and continuous learning opportunities the field provides. Driven by curiosity, she enjoys understanding the “why” behind her work and helping clients through high-quality tax services that deliver value beyond compliance.

Outside of work, Jasmin enjoys seeking out new adventures and learning new skills. Her interests include hiking, freediving, Pilates, pickleball, soccer, playing guitar, martial arts, and watching movies at the cinema. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and their two cats, Momo and Stormy. She values experiences that challenge her, broaden her perspective, and reflect her belief that growth comes from staying curious and embracing lifelong learning. As she continues to build her life in Spokane, Jasmin looks forward to volunteering with local nonprofit organizations and giving back to the community.
