Julie Franz is a seasoned CPA and tax partner at Fruci & Associates, serving individuals and businesses in Spokane, Washington since 1997. One of the many industries that Julie specializes in is construction accounting and real estate accounting, working closely with contractors, developers, and property owners. She helps clients manage job costing, cash flow management, project profitability, and tax planning, while navigating the complex accounting and tax issues unique to the construction and real estate industries.
