Paul R. Fruci is President of Fruci & Associates, a Spokane-based Certified Public Accounting firm serving businesses since 1938. Paul has been with the firm since 1993 and provides tax compliance, tax planning and consulting, accounting, and business advisory services tailored to privately held and middle-market companies. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Spokane Estate Planning Council.

Paul’s core focus is tax strategy and planning for operationally complex businesses in the manufacturing, retail, hospitality, healthcare, construction, real estate and professional services. He helps owners and financial leaders manage tax risk, optimize entity structures, and enhance cash flow, while aligning tax considerations with strategic business goals.
